A few good things happened at work today.
We've been stumped for the past couple of days by a particularly annoying problem: the displacement feedback system wasn't responding correctly. This afternoon the solution pretty much fell into our laps-- after much experimentation, research, guessing and probing, I might add. What a rush to isolate a problem, investigate and see everything come neatly together.
I like feeling competent and productive. Makes all the long hours and brutal tests worthwhile.
